Our National Office

The National Office is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Fellowship, overseeing administrative, financial, compliance, operational management, execution, and brand communications.

The office is staffed by May Chang and Stanley Leong, the newly appointed Chief Operations Officer, both of whom work three days a week.
May and Stanley collaborate in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, while working independently on Mondays and Wednesdays.

This arrangement ensures consistent support for the Fellowship throughout the week, with both staff members playing key roles in maintaining smooth operations.

Stanley Leong

Chief Operations Officer
CMDFA

Stanley is responsible for overseeing the overall CMDFA budget, ensuring compliance, and supporting all membership sectors by working closely with state committees and national convenors. He also partners with the National Board to maintain the Christian ethos of the Fellowship. Stanley will be focused on building and managing relationships with our partners.

With over 15 years of experience as a seasoned coach, both locally and internationally, Stanley is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. His previous role in Southeast Asia with a Christian mission organisation as Head of Member Care and Training involved overseeing the well-being—spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical—of 160 members during transitional stages. He also led regular leadership training for team leaders, focusing on the skills necessary for cohesive and productive teams in cross-cultural settings.

Stanley is passionate about helping individuals and teams thrive in their skills and gifts for God’s glory. He believes that his expertise in coaching, counselling, and pastoral supervision offers the objectivity and confidentiality needed for meaningful conversations that keep the Fellowship focused and relevant.

Stanley is married to a Dutch-native wife, and they have two sons. They attend Wahroonga Presbyterian Church, where they serve in hospitality and worship. In his spare time, Stanley enjoys listening to film music, reading magazines, and spending quality time with his family.
